SEA JUICE PTY LTD is an Australian Registered Company. The SEA JUICE fin is a Patented Design Globally and the name Sea Juice is a Registered Trademark. Any unauthorised use may violate patent, copyright or other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

 

SECURITY

Sea Juice provides a safe and convenient online shopping service. This means we safeguard the integrity of our customer’s credit card information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and other secure encryption methods to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.

 

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by Sea Juice are estimates only. Sea Juice cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery address. Please ensure correct address is shown on your order/ invoice.  Payment must be made prior to the shipping of your order. Sea Juice will deliver your order between 3-10 business days. Please note that for items delivered throughout Australia via Australia Post, if you are not available to receive goods a card will be left in your mailbox to advise where and when your parcel can be collected. Please note that Australia Post holds parcels for you for 10 business days. If you do not collect the item within those 10 business days, and it is returned to us, we will post the item back to you once we have received payment of a further postage cost.

DAMAGED GOODS

Sea Juice will accept responsibility of delivery damages to the goods so long as the purchaser contacts Sea Juice within 1 day of receiving the goods. You must contact Sea Juice within 1 day of receiving the damaged goods at which time Sea Juice will make a note of your contact information and issue you with a damage of goods order number, and then you need to return the goods in their original packaging to Sea Juice. When Sea Juice receives and inspects the damaged goods they will re-issue the product at no extra charge.
